Walk Away the Pounds
Walk away the pounds is a dvd which incorporates walking indoors with different upper and lower body movements .Weights are included in some of the exercise program to tone up and firm muscles.
This is an exercise program for all ages- for all ladies and gentlemen. You can choose which level you are comfortable with and can do. Leslie Sansone is a certified instructor and has been doing these programs for over 20 years. We have been doing between 1 mile up to 3 miles. It’s a great way to meet our neighbors and have fun while exercising.
